At Hos Josefine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
